Turn, Turn, Turn

Spectacular views and unriveled wildlife!

This is a beautiful ride that hits several of the best motorcycle destinations in the Black Hills. The Wildlife Loop is 18 miles of travel through open grasslands and hills dotted with pines. You may find yourself riding alongside bison, pronghorn, whitetail and mule deer, elk, coyotes, burrows, prairie dogs, hawks and eagles. It’s a scenic Black Hills adventure. One of the most famous Black Hills motorcycle rides is Iron Mountain Road; in 17 miles you will find 314 curves, 14 switchbacks, 4 presidents, 3 pigtails, 3 tunnels and 2 splits. The route takes you south to north, which gives you the best view of Mt Rushmore through the tunnel. There are several pull over spots where you can stop to take pictures or soak in the stunning beauty! The ride also takes you through the towns of Keystone and Hill City, as well as Custer. You’ll travel again through Custer State Park and Wind Cave National Park in route back to Hot Springs.
